About this resource
Best Website Gallery is a curated collection of websites for designers looking for strong examples of contemporary web design. The project has been running since 2008 and includes more than 2,600 handpicked sites from studios, creators and companies around the world. The gallery is useful for researching landing pages, portfolios, company websites, creative studios, brands and digital products. It is especially valuable for studying layout, typography, color, grids, animation and content presentation in real projects. The website includes search and tags for faster discovery, while new projects are regularly added to Latest Picks. Best Website Gallery also publishes a separate collection of useful links covering web design, frontend development and creative tools. The project is curated by David Hellmann and works as his personal archive of noteworthy websites. It is particularly useful for web designers, UI/UX designers, art directors and developers looking for references before starting a new website or digital product.
