Welcome to Deslove.

Deslove is an independent international platform for designers to create a professional portfolio, share their work, find inspiration, connect with other community members and showcase their professional achievements.

We strive to create an environment where quality design, mutual respect and authorship are core values.

This page describes the platform rules, privacy policy, moderation principles, copyright and other important provisions governing the use of Deslove.

1. Rules of use

Deslove is created for designers, creative professionals and anyone who wants to showcase their work, find inspiration and grow in a professional community.

By using the platform, you agree to use it in good faith, to respect other participants and not to violate applicable laws.

NoteWe reserve the right to change the functionality of the service, add new features or remove existing features without prior notice.

2. Registration and account

At the moment, registration on the platform is carried out exclusively using Google Sign-In.

By using Google to sign in, you also agree to Google's terms of use and privacy policy.

After the first login, your Deslove account is automatically created.

We only receive the information that Google allows to be transmitted according to your settings.

SecurityThe user is responsible for the security of their Google account.

3. User profile

After creating an account, you can set up your own profile.

  • name;
  • username;
  • profile photo;
  • description;
  • country;
  • city;
  • experience level;
  • professional skills;
  • personal website;
  • Behance;
  • Dribbble;
  • LinkedIn;
  • Instagram;
  • X (Twitter);
  • Figma.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish in your profile.

4. Publication of works

Deslove was created primarily for the publication of design works.

Image uploads are currently supported.

The number of images in one publication is not limited.

RecommendationTo ensure a fast platform, it is recommended that the size of each individual file does not exceed 2 MB.

Each work can be:

  • edited;
  • updated;
  • deleted.

The owner of all published materials remains the author who uploaded them.

By publishing works, you grant Deslove the non-exclusive right to display them within the framework of the platform.

Individual works can be shown:

  • on the main page;
  • in search;
  • in a personalized feed;
  • in thematic collections;
  • under "Popular", "New", "Rising" and "Awarded";
  • on Deslove social networks;
  • in advertising and informational materials of the platform.
CopyrightSuch use is necessary solely for the operation of the platform and does not constitute a transfer of copyright to Deslove.

5. Community rules

Deslove is a professional design community.

We strive to maintain a friendly atmosphere where everyone can freely display their work and receive constructive feedback.

We encourage:

  • mutual respect;
  • professional communication;
  • constructive criticism;
  • support of other designers;
  • publication of your own original works.
The following is prohibited on the platform
  • publication of other people's works without the author's permission;
  • plagiarism;
  • passing off AI-generated copies as your own work;
  • violent content;
  • materials promoting extremism;
  • content related to illegal drug trafficking;
  • fraud;
  • insults;
  • harassing other users;
  • hate speech;
  • spam;
  • intrusive advertising of third-party services or products;
  • any other content that violates the law or is against the principles of the platform.

We reserve the right to remove material that violates these rules, even if it is not explicitly mentioned in this list.

6. Comments and private messages

Users can:

  • leave comments;
  • reply to comments;
  • subscribe to each other;
  • send private messages.

Communication should remain polite, constructive and professional.

It is not allowed to use messages or comments for:

  • insults;
  • harassment;
  • fraud;
  • spamming;
  • mass advertising;
  • violation of the law.
Exceptional casesWhen considering complaints, checking possible violations of the rules or ensuring the security of the platform, the administration may access user correspondence only to the extent necessary to check the corresponding request.

7. Rewards

Deslove supports a reward system that helps designers demonstrate their professional achievements.

Two types of rewards can be used on the platform:

  • Deslove's own rewards;
  • rewards received from other design platforms.

Import awards

The user can submit a request to transfer an award received on another platform.

Each application is checked manually by the administration.

Open sources, links to the original work or other materials confirming its authenticity can be used to verify the award.

Award verification
  • confirm the award;
  • reject the confirmation;
  • request additional information;
  • revoke the award if the information was false.

Deslove awards

The platform administration can assign its own awards to individual works or authors.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information that is necessary for the operation of the platform.

  • name;
  • email;
  • profile photo;
  • Google ID;
  • username;
  • profile description;
  • country;
  • city;
  • social networks;
  • experience level;
  • skills;
  • account creation date;
  • published works;
  • comments;
  • private messages;
  • subscription information;
  • awards;
  • technical information.
We do not collectGoogle password, bank cards, passport details, document numbers and financial information.

How data is used

  • account creation;
  • authorization;
  • service operation;
  • profile display;
  • moderation;
  • security;
  • functionality improvements;
  • technical support.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data storage

Files may be stored on Cloudflare R2 or other secure services. Backups may be created.

10. Google Sign-In

Authorization on the platform is carried out using Google Sign-In.

GoogleDeslove uses this data exclusively to create and maintain your account.

11. Cookies

Deslove uses cookies to ensure the stable operation of the platform.

12. Deslove intellectual property

All rights to the Deslove platform belong to its owner.

  • logo;
  • interface design;
  • platform structure;
  • graphic materials;
  • program code;
  • text content.
ProhibitedCopying or distributing materials without written permission.

Deslove does not claim ownership of user works.

13. Moderation

To maintain a safe and professional community, the Deslove administration moderates content.

Moderation may include checking:

  • user profiles;
  • published works;
  • comments;
  • notifications of violations;
  • applications for awards.
Access restrictions

The administration may temporarily or indefinitely limit access to the account depending on the nature of the violation.

14. Filing complaints

Any user can report content or behavior that violates Deslove rules.

  • select a reason;
  • leave a comment;
  • provide additional materials.
Review

Each complaint is reviewed individually.

15. Account deletion

The user can delete their account independently through the profile settings.

Important

After deletion, the profile and its public data will no longer be available.

16. Service availability

Deslove is constantly evolving, so certain functions may be temporarily unavailable during technical work.

Stability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, but we cannot guarantee it under all circumstances.

17. User responsibility

Each user is independently responsible for the content they publish on the platform.

By posting works, you confirm that:

  • you are their author or have the legal right to use them;
  • you do not violate the copyrights of others;
  • you do not violate applicable law;
  • you do not mislead other users.
ResponsibilityIn case of claims regarding the published content, the user who published it is responsible for it.

18. Changes to the rules

Deslove is constantly evolving.

Along with the development of the platform, its functions, services and capabilities may change.

In this regard, we reserve the right to update or change these Rules and Policies at any time.

Most often, such changes are associated with the emergence of new platform features, service improvements or changes in legislation.

By continuing to use Deslove after the rules have been updated, you agree to their new version.
