FeralUI Gradient Builder — gradient generator
A free gradient editor with traditional Japanese colour palettes, shape and grain controls, and export options for images, video and code.

Gradient Lab by Backgrounds Supply creates gradient backgrounds directly in the browser. It combines ready-made shader modes with manual color, shape and motion controls. Its output can be used for websites, presentations, social posts and video projects. Available directions include soft and mesh blends, bands, glass, light beams, contours and other abstract effects. Start from a preset, adjust points and handles on the canvas, or use Draw to shape a gradient. Each mode exposes controls suited to its visual effect. The palette supports active colors, randomization and color extraction from an image. Blending options include sRGB, Linear, OKLab and OKLCH. Further controls cover gradient mapping, brightness, contrast, saturation, grain, exposure, vignette and dithering. The official description lists watermark-free PNG export and MP4 or WebM video export. Video settings are advertised at up to 4K resolution and 30 seconds. You can share a settings-bearing URL or embed the live background through an iframe; rendering depends on the browser’s graphics capabilities. Gradient Lab itself is free and requires no account. Its FAQ explicitly permits personal and commercial use of gradients you create and export, without attribution. The separate Backgrounds Supply background library is a different product with its own purchase terms.
The Gradient Lab FAQ permits personal and commercial use of gradients you create and export, without attribution. This does not license separate paid background packs or the service’s source code.
