Color Hunt is a popular resource for discovering color combinations and quickly finding a palette for a creative project. Palettes are submitted by the community and manually curated, helping the collection maintain a consistent visual quality. Users can browse New, Popular and Random palettes, save favorites to collections and discover combinations through a wide range of color and theme filters. Categories include Blue, Green, Beige, Orange, Pink, Purple, Pastel, Vintage, Retro, Neon, Warm, Cold, Summer, Winter, Nature, Earth, Sunset, Coffee, Wedding and many more. Color Hunt also includes a simple palette creator, allowing users to build and submit their own color combinations. Selected submissions are reviewed by curators and may be featured in the main collection. A Chrome extension provides quick access to palettes directly from the browser. Color Hunt is especially useful for graphic designers, brand designers, UI/UX designers and illustrators looking for color references for websites, identities, posters, presentations or social media. The project was created by designer and artist Gal Shir in 2015. According to Color Hunt, palettes in the collection are public property and are not owned by an individual creator or by Color Hunt.
