Useful answers
Getting started
Install Aura through Microsoft Store. On first launch, choose English or Ukrainian, request activation, and sign in or create a free Deslove account in your browser. Check that the browser code matches your own app before approving it. Never approve a code sent by someone else. After successful activation you can work offline.
Files and compatibility
Save an editable .aura document to preserve your work. SVG, EPS and supported Illustrator AI variants can be imported; imported text may become outlines. Embedded images remain images, and missing linked assets are not downloaded automatically. ODG and CMX are not supported by this Windows edition. File features and complexity affect compatibility; automatic recovery is not a backup of every saved file.
Expired activation or unavailable service
Request a new code from Aura if the previous code expires. If Deslove activation is unavailable, try again later. Do not reinstall merely because an activation request failed: an existing valid offline activation does not need the website to remain available. Windows data reset or removal of local activation data requires activation again.
Report a problem
In the form above, include your Aura version, Windows or browser version, file format, the error message and short steps to reproduce the problem. A small non-confidential text example can help. Never send your password, activation secret, private keys or sensitive document contents.
Updates and open-source notices
Updates for the Store edition are delivered through Microsoft Store. Save your work before restarting for an update. The Aura menu includes Licenses and source code, available even before activation. The original Aura client is licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later; third-party components retain their own notices and licenses.
