Tooooools is a free online collection of creative effects for processing images and videos directly in the browser. The workflow is simple: upload a JPG, PNG or MP4 file, choose an effect, adjust its settings and export the result. The toolkit includes stippling, dots, patterns, edge, distort, displace, dithering, bevel, recolor, scatter, cellular automata, gradients, CRT and ASCII effects. Each tool comes with its own controls, while the preprocessing panel also lets you adjust blur, grain, gamma, black point and white point. Tooooools is useful for posters, covers, experimental graphics, retro effects, digital textures and distinctive visuals for social media or creative projects. The website also includes simple animation tools such as Slide and Stack. The service is completely free for both personal and commercial use. Attribution is not required, although it is appreciated.
