Gradient Lab by Backgrounds Supply — gradient background generator
A free browser-based gradient background editor with shader modes, palette controls, and image and video export.

GRADIENTOOL is a gradient graphics generator built around the relationship between colour and geometry. Rather than only blending two colours, it creates striped, wave-like, radial and orbital compositions with a sense of depth. It is useful for posters, covers and distinctive abstract backgrounds. The editor provides controls for shape, element count, spacing, direction, curves and rounding. Shadows, relief, seams and grain change the surface from clean digital geometry to a more textured image. A second layer and blend modes offer further ways to combine forms. Colour controls cover gradient stops, colour mapping, stepped transitions and hue shifts. Separate randomization buttons change the palette, structure or entire composition. A history of generated variations makes it easier to compare results and return to a promising direction. Still-image output includes PNG and JPG with aspect-ratio and background settings. An animation mode adds motion parameters and MP4 export, while Export code prepares code for the composition. This allows a gradient study to become either a static asset or a moving visual element. The tool uses a freemium model: free output is limited to 2K images and 1080p video. A one-time Pro upgrade unlocks 4K/8K stills and 1440p/2160p video. A separate public commercial-output licence was not located, so clarify those terms with the creator for projects that require explicit licensing.
A public commercial-output licence was not located. Pro expands export quality but does not by itself establish separate usage rights.
